Diab calls for new law regulating media work

Prime Minister Hassan Diab on Wednesday highlighted the necessity to draft a new media law that regulates the work of this sector.

“Media is rapidly changing throughout the world; and we, in Lebanon, must keep abreast of such changes through a new law that regulates the work of the media,” Diab told a discussion panel at the Grand Serail, devoted to shedding light on the current condition and the future of the media sector.
