Al-Makary Touts Dialogue During Meeting With Druze Sheikh

Minister of Information, Ziad Al-Makary, on Thursday visited Sheikh Al-Aql of the Unitarian Druze community, Dr. Sami Abou Al-Mouna, at the community’s house.

The pair discussed a number of issues, especially national ones, as well as the role of the media in promoting the language of dialogue and positive interaction at all levels in a way that preserves Lebanon and preserves its unity.

In the wake of the meeting, Al-Makary said that dialogue was the sole viable path towards the future.
