Makary Condemns Incident Outside MTV Station, Calls For Demonstrating Awareness And Avoiding Tensions

Caretaker Minister of Information, Ziad Al-Makary condemned last night’s incident outside the local channel “MTV”.

“Everyone is required to demonstrate the highest level of national responsibility to overcome the current crisis,” Caretaker Minister Makary said in a statement.

Minister Makary called on the political forces and media outlets to stay away from everything that provokes tensions.

The Minister also urged everyone to “exercise self-censorship in expressing positions and opinions, taking into account the complex and critrical general situation.”
