Abdel Samad Receives Delegation Of Leased Property Owners

Minister of Information, Manal Abdel Samad Najd, on Tuesday had an audience with a delegation representing the Syndicate and Association of Owners of Leased Property and Buildings in Lebanon headed by Antoine Rizkallah.

Members of the delegation briefed the minister on the rental law, which had been promulgated in 2014 and amended back in 2017.

For his part, Rizkallah called on officials to enact a new law that regulates relations between landlords and tenants, particularly with regard to commercial buildings and stores.
