Lebanese Ministry of Information
Information Minister Ziad Makary revealed, in an interview with “Radio Lebanon” this morning, that a protocol agreement with the French embassy will be signed on April 5, 2022, to archive the data of both the Lebanese TV and Radio, promising that “all archives will be preserved electronically for the benefit of the Ministry of Information.”
He also pointed out that “efforts are being made to look into the situation of the Ministry of Information’s employees, through active contacts with international bodies to activate the sectors, which would generate funds to assist employees particularly in terms of transportation allowances.”
The Minister explained that the majority of the protocols he is working on include training employees on new work techniques, which will introduce additional funds.
