Lebanese Ministry of Information
Caretaker Minister of Information, Ziad Makary, met, at his ministry office with an Egyptian media delegation comprising editor-in-chief of Nahar newspaper Osama Sharshar, and deputy chief editor of Al Ahram daily Mohammad Thabet.
“The meeting with the Information Ministry was positive,” said Sharshar. “Minister Makary is the engineer of the Lebanese media which we believe has always embodied true freedom,” he added.
He indicated that talks touched on the bilateral relations and cooperation in the media and information fields.
