Morcos hails all positive support ensuring fairness for contract employees after Constitutional Council rejects appeal

Minister of Information, Attorney Paul Morcos, wrote on “X”: “Once again, congratulations to contract employees on securing their pension rights. Thank you to His Excellency the President, the Speaker of Parliament, and the MPs for responding to our efforts in this journey after nearly 19 years of waiting, as well as to every legal mind that supported ensuring fairness for them. Today, under the current tenure and government, our work and efforts will now focus on examining how to extend rights to other social groups as well.”
